NDIA SW CYBER RESILIENCE DAY FOR FORT HUACHUCA & ARIZONA

Join the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) – Southwest Chapter chapter website along with our Community Partners, EC Council, CompTIA, G-Man Cybersecurity, ISACA Tucson Chapter, ISC2 Southern Arizona Chapter, SOSi, the University of Arizona Applied Research Corporation, The University of Arizona College of Applied Science and Technology, and the University of Arizona South Cyber Operations Center of Excellence on Thursday, March 25, 2021, for the NDIA SW Cyber Resilience Day for Fort Huachuca, Arizona, and the Southwest.

The purpose of the NDIA SW Cyber Resilience Day is to provide cyber and IT personnel at Fort Huachuca, and in Arizona with educational Subject Matter Expert (SME) Speaker Sessions on a wide variety of cybersecurity topics including Mobility & Cyber Safety while Working Remotely, Cyber Industry Innovation, and Cyber Training & Education. There will also be a Virtual Exhibit Hall that will be held in conjunction with the Speaker Sessions.

Besides personnel from Fort Huachuca we will also invite cyber and IT personnel from Davis Monthan AFB, Luke AFB, the Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, the Arizona Air National Guard, and the Arizona Army National Guard.

The Event Will Have Tracks:

  • Cyber Training & Education

Speaking Opportunities are Available!

To Submit your Speaking Proposal click here. Please Include:

  • Speaker Name/Title

  • Session Title

  • Brief Description of Session (4-5 sentences)

Topics of Interest: All topics will be considered. A few requested topics include Threat Detection, Network Defense, Social Engineering, Insider Threats, Risk Management, Incident Response, CMMC Compliance for the DoD, and Remote Work Cyber Strategies. Product pitches will not be approved. Sessions must be education and technical in nature.

    • Raffles/Giveaways: You will also be able to receive email leads from conducting a raffle/giveaway at your booth

    • Event Attendee List: Participating companies will also receive an Opt-in attendee list for the overall event (emails included for those that Opt-in).

About Fort Huachuca & NETCOM

​

Fort Huachua is home to  United States Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). NETCOM is the Army's single information technology service provider for all network communications. A major subordinate command to U.S. Army Cyber Command, NETCOM maintains and defends the Global Network Enterprise to enable information superiority and freedom of access to the network in all phases of Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational operations. NETCOM plans, engineers, installs, integrates, protects, and operates Army Cyberspace, enabling Mission Command through all phases of Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational operations.

Fort Huachuca is also the headquarters of the United States Army Intelligence Center (USAICoE). (MARS). Other units include the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC), the Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC), the Electronic Proving Ground (EPG), and the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Directorate (IEWTD).

The fort has a population of about 6,500 active-duty soldiers and 8,000 civilian employees.
