The 4th Annual Arctic C2, Cyber & IT Forum at JBER brings together military and industry to explore the technologies and strategies shaping command and control in the Arctic operating environment. Through expert-led presentations and an interactive exhibit hall, attendees will gain insights into AI, cyber operations, secure communications, data integration, resilient networks, and IT modernization that enable decision advantage across contested and distributed environments. The forum provides a collaborative venue for sharing best practices, strengthening mission readiness, and connecting with leading technology providers supporting Arctic operations.

The 4th Annual Arctic C2, Cyber, & IT Forum is being supported by the Signal Corps Regimental Association (SCRA) - Denali Chapter, Senior Leaders from the 59th Signal Battalion, and the 11th Airborne Division.

Joint Base Elmendorf–Richardson (JBER), holds the distinction of being one of 12 DoD Joint Bases when Elmendorf AFB and Fort Richardson merged.
